In order to promote an unequalled offer system, the Group has been appointed to manage the communication of the other restaurants and stores “signed” by Perbellini and led from his partners, in the center of Verona:Locanda 4 Cuochi (managed by Moreno Pellegrini and the Chef Dario Fracasso, it’s a successful format which proposes a traditional cuisine reinterpreted in a creative way), Ristorante Al Capitan della Cittadella (managed by Chef Andrea Manzoli, it’s one of the top seafood restaurants in Veneto), Tapasotto (where tapas are high quality author’s creations made by the Chef Federico Zonta), Dolce Locanda (a new successful concept of patisserie managed by Giulia Cerboneschi), Pizzeria Du de Cope (historic brand of Verona which offers the great artisanal pizza).
With regards to the communication side, Capitale Cultura has developed a wide and diversified variety of activities for the Chef Perbellini: from the launch of the book “Casa Perbellini”, edited by Giunti and co-signed by Stefano Afonsi, to the collaboration with the NGO Progetto Mondo-MLAL, to develop projects on nutritional education between Italy and Burkina Faso. Moreover, Capitale Cultura supported Chef Giancarlo for the launch of the gourmet restaurant Dopolavoro Dining Room (by JW Marriott Venice Resort&Spa) and furthermore an intense communication campaign for the reintroduction of the italian culinary tradition and for the artisanal knowledge art of the Italian cuisine.
