For the Archaeological Park of Pompei, we were tasked with designing, creating, and managing an integrated relational marketing and fundraising plan. The activity is based on an in-depth analysis of the territory, socio-economic context, and strategic positioning of the Park.
The project aims to define targeted strategies for the active involvement of companies through initiatives that enhance the heritage and strengthen the connection with the community. Additionally, we provide specific support for partnership building activities to establish strategic and lasting collaborations with private stakeholders.
