For the Museo delle Culture in Lugano (MUSEC), we developed a marketing and fundraising plan. Additionally, we supported the museum in its transition from a public institution to a public-private foundation. For the Foundation, we also developed an innovative system for managing museum activities and created two Augmented Reality tours to enhance the main museums and historical sites in the city.
