For the Swiss Customs Museum in Gandria, Lugano, we developed an Augmented Reality tour to rediscover the history of the museum and the landscapes visible from its windows. During the tour, visitors can virtually open the smuggler’s bag, unveiling the tricks of the trade and showcasing the tools used. Thanks to 360-degree reconstructions, multimedia glasses, and archival footage from RSI, the experience becomes a true time machine for visitors. Additionally, we created the tour in Italian, German, and English in collaboration with RSI.
