Il sito web della Fondazione Pavarotti: http://www.lucianopavarottifoundation.com/it/ In the nine “rooms”dedicated to AMO Pavarotti, the Voice is told through an extraordinary journey of exciting videos, restored and processed graphically large multi-screen installations, facilities and video transparent fabric, three-dimensional effect of great emotional impact, willing to remember the scenes of a stage, a special and original timeline that transmits an exciting animated photo collage, in an enveloping 180° panorama, accompanied by music, sound effects and – on the whole – the voice of the Master, who sings and tells. For the public and fans are assured a great exclusive: the recording of evidence never seen before Luciano Pavarotti, who was preparing to re-interpret Turandot , twenty years after his last performance in the role of Calaf. It is a rare video document dating back to September 27, 1997, Turandot staged at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, conducted by James Levine and directed by Franco Zeffirelli. And again, unedited images, objects that reveal the Master, his favorite works, the recording of his 9C from the chest , the costumes, the music , the honors , the photographs with celebrities and heads of state , the correspondence of Verdi owned by the Master and the testimonies of the life of one of the greatest artists of all time, acclaimed worldwide for its magnificent voice and for being an ambassador of the “bel canto” and culture Italian in the world.
AMO Pavarotti was presented in New York on 16 April, on the occasion of the Year of Italian Culture in the United States and made the first stop in Verona until December 2013 in the new Museum of the Arena.
